Brief About Dr. Anindya Basu
Dr. Anindya Basu is a renowned Spine Surgeon based in Kolkata, India. He has a wealth of experience, having worked as a Consultant Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon for 11 years at the Institute of Neurosciences in Kolkata. Dr. Basu graduated from Medical College Kolkata and was awarded the prestigious Gold Medal in Surgery.
He completed his junior and senior residencies in Orthopaedics at RG Kar Medical College Kolkata, followed by obtaining his Master of Surgery (MS) in Orthopaedics, MRCS (Glasgow) examinations, and National Board Certification (DNB) in Orthopaedics.
Dr. Basu also completed a one-year clinical fellowship in Complex Spinal Surgery at Newcastle, as well as the Scottish National Spine Deformity Fellowship at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children Edinburgh and the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
