Brief About Dr. Anitha Rao
Dr. Anitha Rao is a distinguished Gynaecologist and Obstetrician based in Bangalore, India. With a remarkable 21 years of experience, she is currently serving as a Consultant at Rainbow Children’s Hospital & BirthRight in Hebbal.
Dr. Rao obtained her MBBS degree in 1996 and MD in 2000 from Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) in Pondicherry. She furthered her education by completing MCORG from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynecology in London in 2019.
Dr. Rao specializes in laparoscopic surgery and has a keen interest in managing high-risk pregnancies, particularly those involving diabetes. She is an esteemed member of the Bangalore Society of Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
