Dr. Garg is renowned for his expertise in neuromuscular surgery and has made significant contributions to the field.
One of his notable achievements is the development of a three-tier system in north India, which connects primary and secondary brain rescue centers to Medanta-The Medicity through a network of ambulances and telemedicine. This system has greatly improved stroke care in the region.
Dr. Garg received training in stroke prevention, education, treatment, rehabilitation, and the latest research from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the United States. He has also played a crucial role in establishing neurology services at Max Hospital in Partapganj, New Delhi.
