Brief About Dr. Ashwin Rammohan
Dr. Upendra Kaul is an Interventional Cardiologist with 36 years of experience based in New Delhi, India. He currently serves as the Chief at Batra Hospital & Medical Research Centre. Dr. Kaul is recognized as one of the pioneers in Coronary Interventions in India. He has held prestigious positions such as the past President of the Cardiological Society of India and the Vice President of the SAARC Cardiac Society. In 1999, he was honored with the Dr. BC Roy Award for ‘Developing Specialities’.
Dr. Kaul has an impressive portfolio of over 450 publications. He is known for introducing innovative techniques in Interventional Cardiology, such as Percutaneous Cardiopulmonary Bypass, Rotational & Directional Atherectomy, Coronary Stenting, and Percutaneous Laser Myocardial Revascularization.
