Dr. Billy Chng Seng Keat is a highly respected Interventional Cardiologist with over two decades of experience. He specializes in Internal Medicine and Vascular Intervention, with a particular focus on advanced procedures like Chronic Total Occlusion, pacemaker implantation, and cardiac imaging.
Dr. Chng obtained his MD from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1999 and became a member of the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom in 2005. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay. Dr. Chng’s special interests include Optical Coherent Tomography and Intravascular ultrasound.
