Dr. Billy Chng Seng Keat is a highly respected Interventional Cardiologist with over two decades of experience. He specializes in Internal Medicine and Vascular Intervention, with a particular focus on advanced procedures like Chronic Total Occlusion, pacemaker implantation, and cardiac imaging.
