Dr. Buddhadeb Chatterjee is a distinguished Orthopaedic and joint replacement surgeon based in Kolkata, India. With over 35 years of experience, he serves as the Knee Surgery Director at Apollo Gleneagles Hospital. Dr. Chatterjee received his MBBS degree from Madras University in 1986, followed by an MS from Pondicherry University in 1989. He furthered his education by obtaining FRCS in trauma and orthopaedic surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburg) in 1998.
Dr. Chatterjee specializes in Minimally Invasive Knee Correction, arthroscopy, joint replacement surgery, trauma surgery, and knee osteotomy. His exceptional skills have been recognized with a Gold Medal for securing the first rank in Pondicherry University.
