Brief About Dr. Bulent Karagoz
Dr. Bulent Karagoz, a highly esteemed Medical Oncologist, has an extensive background in the field with more than 22 years of experience. He is currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Anadolu Medical Center in Istanbul, Turkey. Dr. Karagoz specializes in various areas including Tumour Biology, Tumour Immunology, Immunotherapy of Cancer, and Targeted Therapies. He is an esteemed member of the Turkish Medical Oncology Association and actively contributes to research, having published numerous articles in both national and international journals. Dr. Karagoz obtained his medical degree from Gülhane Military Medical Academy, Faculty of Medicine in Istanbul in 1992. He further pursued his education by completing a Postgraduate program in Internal Medicine at GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital in 1999, followed by a Medical Oncology Minor Training at the same institution in 2006. Additionally, he has completed various courses such as Tumor Biology Course by the Association of Medical Oncology in 2003, Applied Flow Cytometry Training at Istanbul University (DETAE) in 2004, Basic Epidemiology (Research Methods and Analysis Techniques in Health) Course by GATA Command in 2005, and Ethical Approach in Clinical Research Course by the Ministry of Health General Directorate of Pharmaceuticals and Pharmacy in 2009 and 2017 (twice). Dr. Karagoz’s expertise lies in the areas of Tumour Biology, Tumour Immunology, Immunotherapy of Cancer, and Targeted Therapies.
