Dr. Cheong Kuan Long is a highly respected gastroenterologist in Malaysia with more than 12 years of experience.
He is skilled in utilizing advanced technology to conduct both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as Capsule Endoscopy, Enteroscopy, and ERCP. Dr. Cheong’s areas of expertise cover acid-peptic disorders, IBD, IBS, and other functional gastrointestinal disorders like constipation and diarrheal disorders.
He obtained his MBBS from the University of Malaya in 2001 and completed his CCFT in Gastroenterology from the Ministry of Health Malaysia in 2014. Dr. Cheong is fluent in English and Malay, with a special interest in Internal Medicine Gastroenterology.
