Brief About Dr. Chirag Shah
Dr. Chirag Shah is a distinguished General and Laparoscopic Surgeon with over 21 years of experience. He is a respected member of the Indian Medical Association, the Ahmedabad Surgeons Association, and the Ahmedabad Medical Association. Dr. Shah obtained his MBBS degree in 1999 from BJ Medical College, followed by an MS degree in 2002 from Smt NHL Municipal Medical College & Vadilal Sarabhai Hospital in Ahmedabad. He pursued three fellowships in 2005, 2013, and 2014, with the first at Jaslok Hospital and the subsequent two at the International College of Surgeons and the Indian Association of Gastro-Intestinal Endo Surgeons, where he received specialized training in MIS. Dr. Shah is proficient in a wide range of general and laparoscopic surgeries, including abdominal, colorectal, fissure, piles, fistula, and hernia repair surgeries. He also performs laparoscopic cholecystectomy and hiatus hernia repair surgeries, as well as colonoscopy, gastroscopy, and advanced techniques for treating piles, gall bladder stones, and anal fissures.
