Brief About Dr. Dilip Shah
Dr. Dilip Shah is a highly experienced Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Hand and Wrist Surgery, Hip Surgery, and Knee Surgery. With over 40 years of experience, he has developed a strong expertise in joint dislocations, hip and knee arthroplasty, ligament reconstruction, arthritis, hip correction, joint injuries, and joint replacement surgeries, among others. In 1995, he was honored with the AO International Fellowship to W Germany & Switzerland.
Dr. Dilip Shah completed his MBBS in 1978 and MS in Orthopedics in 1980 from King Edward Memorial Hospital. He achieved the rank of Third during his MBBS from Shree Patan Jain Mandal and also obtained a Diploma in Orthopedics from College of Physicians and Surgeons Mumbai in 1980.
Throughout his career, he has worked at renowned hospitals such as University of Bombay, Nair Hospital & TN Medical College, Saifee Hospital, and HN Hospital. Currently, he is a member of the World Orthopedic Surgeons’s Association SICOT and the Bombay Orthopedic Society.
Dr. Dilip Shah’s special interests include joint dislocation treatment, primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, reconstruction and bone lengthening, musculoskeletal disorders, arthritis and pain management, minimally invasive hip correction, joint and hand pain treatment, and joint replacement surgery.
