Dr. Doris Chow Sze Ying is a highly experienced radiation oncologist based in Penang, Malaysia. With over 15 years of practice, Dr. Doris specializes in neuro-oncology, particularly in the use of stereotactic radiosurgery for treating both benign and malignant tumors of the central nervous system.
