Brief About Dr. Erkan Koyuncu
Dr. Erkan Koyuncu is one of Turkey’s most well-known and skilled dermatologists and considered among the top 10 Dermatologists in Turkey, has over 17 years of experience in the field. He is currently working as a consultant at the American Hospital in Istanbul.
Dr. Koyuncu’s areas of expertise include laser applications, dermatological surgery, oncology and radiation oncology, as well as cosmetic applications for skin problems. He is an active member of the Association of Skin and Venereal Diseases and the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (AEDV). Dr. Koyuncu completed his medical education at Marmara University in Istanbul in 1994 and went on to specialize in dermatology at the same university in 2003. Throughout his career, he has contributed to numerous publications in national journals. Dr. Koyuncu’s special interests lie in laser applications, dermatological surgery, oncology and radiation oncology, and cosmetic applications for skin problems.
