Brief About Dr. Fazal Nabi
Dr. Fazal Nabi is a highly experienced general pediatrician based in Mumbai, India. With over 15 years of practice, he has developed expertise in various pediatric and neonatal critical interventional procedures. These procedures include intraventricular tapping, tracheostomy, intubation, intercostal drains, kidney and liver biopsies, muscle and skin biopsies, insertion of Hickman catheter, hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, bronchoscopies, and bone marrow biopsies.
Dr. Nabi’s dedication to his field is evident through his accomplishments. He was awarded a scholarship from the Hargobind Foundation in Mumbai for his fellowship in Pediatric Intensive Care at Leicester, UK. He also had the opportunity to demonstrate “Basic Newborn Care” on the popular television show Mere Gharana Zindagi on Zee Television in Mumbai.
As a respected member of the medical community, Dr. Nabi is a life member of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics and serves as an executive board member of the Pediatric Intensive Care chapter of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics in Mumbai. He has also contributed to international and national publications.
Dr. Nabi’s educational background is impressive as well. He completed his MBBS from BLDE Medical College in Karnataka, followed by a diploma from the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Mumbai. He obtained his DNB from the National Board of Examinations in New Delhi and pursued a fellowship at hospitals in Leicester, UK.
