Brief About Dr. Funda Akoz Saydam
Dr. Funda Akoz Saydam is a highly regarded Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon based in Istanbul, Turkey. With over 28 years of experience in the field, she has established herself as a specialist in hair transplant procedures. Dr. Saydam obtained her medical degree from Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine in 1999 and further pursued her post-graduation in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, completing it in 2005. She began her career at Osmaniye State Hospital Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as the Founding Physician and later served in an administrative role at Bağcılar Training and Research Hospital Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic. Dr. Saydam is an esteemed member of various professional associations, including the Turkish Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association, Emergency Hand Surgery and Microsurgery Association, and Turkish Lip and Palate Cleft Association. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of procedures, such as breast augmentation, breast lift, upper arm lift, nose reshaping, forehead lift, earlobe reshaping, and plastic and reconstructive surgery.
