Brief About Dr. Girija Suresh
Dr. Girija Suresh, an Ophthalmologist based in Mumbai, India, has been practicing for 25 years. She is renowned for her expertise in performing a wide range of rare corrective eye surgeries for children and eye movement disorders in adults.
Dr. Suresh obtained her MBBS degree from Karnataka Medical Council in 1988, followed by DOMS from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute in 1992. In 1998, she completed her FRCS in General Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, U.K. She is an active member of the Indian Medical Association.
Dr. Suresh specializes in surgically correcting pediatric strabismus, commonly known as a squint or lazy eye. Her special interests include lens for Keratoconus, eyelid surgery, and eye muscle surgery.
