Brief About Dr. Hemant Pramod Pathare
Dr. Hemant Pramod Pathare is a highly esteemed Cardiac Surgeon based in Mumbai, India. With an impressive career spanning over two decades, he has gained extensive expertise in various cardiac procedures. Dr. Pathare specializes in Thoracic SX -Lobectomy & pneumonectomy, Decortication, Mediastinal mass, VATS pleurodesis, Minimally invasive MVR/AVR, TAVR, and Vascular SX. He is well-known for his exceptional skills in treating complex cases such as bypass low EF, redo valve surgeries, and lung surgeries. Notably, Dr. Pathare holds the distinction of being the youngest surgeon in India to successfully implant a Left ventricular assist device.
Having performed over 2500 CVTS surgeries, he currently leads the Surgical Heart Failure program at Jaslok Hospital.
