Brief About Dr. Heng Kien Seng
Dr. Heng Kien Seng is a highly regarded Cosmetic Surgeon with 28 years of experience. He is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and is currently affiliated with the Ara Damansara Medical Centre in Selangor.
Dr. Heng specializes in various procedures including eyelid surgery, breast surgery, liposuction & body contouring, face contouring, and revision surgeries. He obtained his MD from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1993, followed by a Masters in Medicine in Surgery from the National University of Singapore. In 1998, he achieved his FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.
