Dr. Irfan Khan Hamid is a highly experienced Cardiologist based in Mumbai, India. With 10 years of expertise in the field, he currently serves as a Full-Time Consultant at Dr. L H Hiranandani Hospital.
Dr. Khan’s educational journey began at Topiwala National Medical College, where he spent 6 years learning and working. He then went on to join the prestigious government medical college in Nagpur, where he completed his post-graduation in Internal Medicine for 3 years. Following this, he pursued a post-doctoral super-speciality in cardiology at Topiwala National Medical College for another 3 years. During his time there, he also received training in interventional cardiology.
As a testament to his dedication and expertise, Dr. Khan is a proud member of the American College Of Cardiology. He has several papers in the pipeline for national and international journals, focusing on interventional cardiology and clinical cardiology.
Dr. Khan’s areas of specialization include 2D Echo, Transesophageal Echocardiography, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions, PAMI (Primary Angioplasty in Acute Myocardial Infarction), and Complex Congenital heart disease diagnosis and management.
