Dr. Singh obtained his MBBS from Manipal University in India in 1998 and his MMed from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in Malaysia in 2009. He is registered with the National Specialist Register of Malaysia (129991, 2014) and the Malaysian Medical Council (36091, 2000).
