Dr. Jaya M Bhat is a highly experienced Gynaecologist and Obstetrician based in Bangalore, India. With over 46 years of practice, she specializes in various areas such as IVF, Urogynaecology, Laparoscopy, and Dysmenorrhea. Her expertise also extends to Fetal Medicine and Laparoscopy.
Dr. Bhat has a passion for teaching and has served as a postgraduate teacher and DNB examiner. She played a pivotal role in establishing the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Manipal Hospital, Bangalore, as well as the Foetal Medicine unit and Gynecologic Laparoscopy unit.
She has held prestigious positions including the former President of the Bangalore Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and a member of the Karnataka Medical Council.
Dr. Bhat has contributed to the field through her chapters in books on Obstetrics and Gynaecology published by FOGSI and Jaypee brothers.
