Brief About Dr. K P Morwani
Dr. K P Morwani is a highly esteemed ENT surgeon with an extensive experience of 45 years. He is currently based in Mumbai, India and practices at S. L. Raheja Hospital. Dr. Morwani specializes in a wide range of treatments including tonsillectomy, septoplasty, skill base surgery, head & neck tumors, sinus surgery, polypectomy, otoplasty, and many others. His expertise in the field has been recognized with the Best Video Award for Laser Partial arytenoidectomy video at British Academy in 2000.
In addition, he served as the President of The Association of Otolaryngologists of India in the same year. Dr. Morwani has also contributed to the medical community as an Examiner & Teacher for the National Board of Examination in New Delhi. He completed his MBBS from Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Hospital, Mumbai in 1971, and further specialized in MS-ENT from Grant Medical College in 1975.
Throughout his career, he has worked at renowned institutions such as Dr. BR Ambedkar Central Railway Hospital, Laddha ENT Hospital, Jain ENT Hospital, and NC Jindal Hospital. Currently, Dr. Morwani is an active member of various professional organizations including the Association of Otolaryngologists of India, Indian Medical Association, Indian Society of Otology, Skull Base Surgery Society of India, and Neurological Society of India.
His special interests lie in skull base surgery, head and neck tumor/cancer surgery, tonsillectomy, nasal septum surgery, frontal sinus surgery, tonsillitis treatment, nasal polypectomy, surgery of the facial nerve, otoplasty, surgery for snoring, laser surgeries for head and neck lesions, cysts, ear wax (cerumen) removal, nasal disorders, and nasal endoscopy.
