Dr. K. Visvanathan is a highly experienced consultant in Functional Neurosurgery with a remarkable career spanning 30 years. He specializes in deep brain stimulation, a technique used to treat conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, dystonia, tremors, and epilepsy. In addition,
Dr. Visvanathan performs surgeries for epilepsy, intractable pain, and spasticity. Throughout his career, he has worked at prestigious institutions including Sri Ramachandra Medical Center Porur, Gleneagles Global Health City, MIOT hospital Chennai, and SRM Institute of Medical Sciences. Since 1999, he has been a registered member of the Tamil Nadu Medical Council.
