Brief About Dr. Khader Hussain
Dr. Khader Hussain is a highly experienced Surgical Oncologist with a career spanning over two decades. He obtained his MBBS degree from Al-Ameen Medical College in 1996 and went on to complete two DNBs, one in General Surgery from the National Board of Examinations and the other in Surgical Oncology, also from the National Board of Examinations in India. Dr. Hussain has further honed his skills through Fellowships in Thoracic Surgery from India and General Thoracic Surgery from Shanghai Chest Hospital in Shanghai.
Dr. Hussain specializes in VATS Tracheal resection & reconstruction and Double sleeve lung parenchymal preserving surgery. His expertise also extends to procedures such as No Tube No Fasting Oesophagectomy, Robot Assisted Thoracic Surgery for Locally Advanced Thymic Tumours, and Image Guided VATS for Early Lung Cancer.
In addition to his extensive experience and specialized skills, Dr. Hussain is an active member of various professional associations including the Association of Surgeons of India, the Asian Society of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery, the Indian Association of Surgical Oncology, the European Society of Thoracic Surgery, and the European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery.
