Dr. M Serdar Kemaloglu is an Istanbul-based neurosurgeon with over 22 years of expertise. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Erciyes University and also his master’s degree from the prestigious Dicle University.
Furthermore, he was the first Neurosurgeon at Dicle University to conduct ANEURISM surgery in 2000 and he has previously worked at the Ministry of Health, Dicle University and also in Istanbul Hospital.
