Dr. Mahadev P is a very well-known radiation oncologist with over 27 years of experience. He has played an important role in starting the Diplomate of National Board course in Radiotherapy in 2005. After acquiring skills from Australia, he initiated Prostate brachytherapy at Apollo Specialty Cancer Hospital.
Dr. Mahadev P has completed MBBS from MGM Medical College, DMRT from Muthulakshmi College of Oncological Sciences, DNB from Madras University, MD from Muthulakshmi College of Oncological Sciences, and UICC Fellowship from Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. He is well known for his skills in Cyberknife radiosurgery – which is the only way to treat carcinoma in the body with sub-millimeter efficiency.
