Dr. Manabendra Bhattacharya is a highly esteemed and proficient Orthopedic & Joint Replacement Surgeon based in Kolkata, India. With over 50 years of experience, he is a senior consultant in his field. Dr. Bhattacharya specializes in sports medicine and is a life member of both the Indian Federation of Sports Medicine (IFSM) and the Indian Association of Sports Medicine (IASM). He holds an MBBS degree and a Diploma in Sports Medicine. Additionally, he has obtained certificates in Sports and Football medicine from FIFA and FIFA & AFC respectively.
Dr. Bhattacharya is an expert in various orthopedic treatments, including surgeries for spine, scoliosis, laminectomy, discectomy, sports injury and rehabilitation, sports injury treatment/management, and bone fracture treatment.
