Brief About Dr. Manoj Chawla
Dr. Manoj Chawla, an Endocrinologist based in Mumbai, India, boasts over 18 years of experience in the field. He is a distinguished member of the Maharashtra Medical Council and has represented India at the IDF General Assembly in Dubai in 2011.
Dr. Chawla serves as a Postgraduate lecturer for CPS-Diabetology courses held biannually at CPS, Mumbai, and as the Chairperson at the 1st Medtronic CGMS and Insulin Pump Conference in Chennai. Additionally, he holds the positions of Director and Consultant Diabetologist at Lina Diabetes Care & Mumbai Diabetes Research Centre (Andheri-West) and is the Founder President of the United Diabetes Forum. Recently honored with the “Best Consultant Diabetologist in Mumbai” Award, Dr. Chawla has co-authored and presented research papers at numerous national and international symposia.
He has led various global clinical trials for new antidiabetic drugs and specializes in CGMS and Insulin Pumps. Dr. Chawla’s special interest areas include Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, Gigantism and Acromegaly, Cushing Syndrome, Hyperthyroidism, Hypothyroidism, and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
