About Dr. Mohammed Mamdouh Hefzy
Dr. Mohammed Mamdouh Hefzy is a Specialist in the Department of Nephrology at Medcare Hospitals. He completed his MBBCH and Master’s in Internal Medicine and Nephrology from Minia University in Egypt. Dr. Hefzy began his distinguished career at the Egyptian Ministry of Health, where he worked as an Internal Medicine and Nephrology Specialist. He then moved on to work as a Nephrologist at the Ibrahim Bin Hamad Obaid Allah Hospital in Egypt. Dr. Hefzy later relocated to the UAE, where he practiced as a Nephrologist at Thumbay Hospital in Ajman. Additionally, he served as a Lecturer in Nephrology at Gulf Medical University in Ajman and briefly worked as a Specialist in Nephrology at Umm Al Quwain Governmental Hospital.
Dr. Mohammed Mamdouh Hefzy specializes in chronic renal failure and end-stage renal disease management. He oversees renal transplant follow-ups, manages complications, and diagnoses rejection and infections. He also treats glomerulonephritis, acute kidney injury, and critical care nephrology, using Continuous Renal Replacement Therapies (CRRT).
