Brief About Dr. N P Kamalesh
Dr. N P Kamalesh is a Surgical Gastroenterologist with more than 11 years of expertise performing surgery on patients with GI tract issues. He is a Coimbatore Medical College graduate (1997). Dr. Kamalesh graduated from Kilpauk Medical College in Chennai with an MD in General Surgery in 2003 and received his FAMS from the Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India. He also graduated from PVS Hospital in Kochi with a DNB in GI surgery. FACS from the American College of Surgeons and FICS from the International College of Surgeons are two of his advanced degrees from international institutions.
He also acquired advanced hepatobiliary surgery and liver transplantation training from Asan Medical Center in South Korea. Moreover, Dr. Kamalesh specialises in difficult hepatobiliary and gastrointestinal procedures. He’s also known for operating on tumours and cancers of the colon, rectum, stomach, liver, pancreas, gall bladder, and oesophagus. His Clinical Interests lies in Upper GI surgery and laparoscopic colorectal surgery.
