Brief About Dr. Narasinga Rao Pantula
Dr. Narasinga Rao Pantula is a highly esteemed Cardiothoracic Surgeon based in Hyderabad, India. With an impressive career spanning over 28 years, he has gained extensive expertise in various cardiac surgeries, including adult cardiac surgeries, complex valvular surgeries, complex aortic surgeries, repair of aortic dissections and aneurysms, and REDO surgeries, among others.
Dr. Narasinga completed his MBBS from Andhra Medical College in 1987, followed by an MS in General Surgery from All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi, in 1992. He further pursued an M.Ch in Cardiothoracic vascular surgery from All India Institute of Medical Science in 1995. In 2003, he completed a Post Graduate Fellowship from Westmead Hospital, Sydney, Australia, and in 2015, he successfully completed an Executive program in Business Management from IIM Calcutta.
As an active member of the Indian Association of Cardiothoracic Surgeons and the Indian Association of Pediatric Cardiac Surgeons, Dr. Narasinga remains dedicated to advancing his field through research. His passion for research has led to the publication of numerous research papers in esteemed national and international journals.
Dr. Narasinga’s special interests include ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) therapy, heart surgery for atrial fibrillation, pediatric cardiac surgery, adult congenital heart surgery, and repairs for conditions such as ASD, VSD, TOF, and coarctation of the aorta.
With his vast experience, exceptional skills, and commitment to innovation, Dr. Narasinga Rao Pantula continues to be a leading figure in the field of cardiac surgery. He currently practices at KIMS Sunshine Hospitals in Begumpet, Hyderabad.
