Brief About Dr. Nefise Barlas Ulusoy
Dr. Nefise Barlas Ulusoy is a highly experienced medical gastroenterologist based in Istanbul, Turkey. With over 38 years of practice, she has established herself as a prominent figure in her field. Dr. Ulusoy holds several certifications, including the American Board of Internal Medicine (1977), Michigan State Health Professional License (1978), and American Board of Gastroenterology (1979). In recognition of her contributions to the field of gastroenterology, she was honored with the Science Award by the Istanbul Office of the Turkish Medical Association in 1999. Dr. Ulusoy’s clinical interests encompass a wide range of conditions, including inflammatory bowel diseases, diseases of the pancreas and liver, as well as diseases of the brain and digestive system.
