Brief About Dr. Nina Navakumar
Dr. Nina Navakumar is a well-known gynecologist and obstetrician based in Trivandrum, India. With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in High-Risk Pregnancy & Fetal Medicine. Her areas of expertise include preconceptional care, medical disorders complicating pregnancy, multiple pregnancy, fetal growth restriction, fetal surveillance (antepartum and intrapartum), and fetal medicine including prenatal diagnosis and aneuploidy screening.
Dr. Nina completed her MBBS from Dr. SMCSI MCH, the Karakoram, and her DNB from the National Board of Examination in Obstetrics and Gynecology at KIMS Hospital, TVM. She also pursued a Fellowship in High-risk Pregnancy and Perinatology from Fernandez Hospital, Hyderabad. Additionally, Dr. Nina holds FMF(UK) accreditation in NT scan, pre-eclampsia screening, cervical length screening, and obstetric Doppler. She has also published research in the International Journal – IJRCOG Journal in October 2018.
