About Dr. Osama Saeed Abuzaidv
Dr. Osama Saeed Abuzaid is a Consultant in General Surgery at Medcare Hospital Sharjah, with over 20 years of experience. He completed his MBBS and Higher Specialization in General Surgery from the Jordan University of Science and Technology, with training at King Abdullah University Hospital, Jordan. He also holds certification from the Jordanian Board of General Surgery. Dr. Abuzaid has worked across Jordan, the UK, and the UAE, including roles at Rotherham General Hospital, Doncaster Royal Infirmary, and Saudi German Hospital, Dubai.
He specializes in both basic and advanced laparoscopic procedures, including cholecystectomy, anti-reflux surgery, appendectomy, hernia repairs, and colorectal surgery. Dr. Abuzaid also treats colon and rectal cancer, breast lumps, hemorrhoids, anal fistulas, and pilonidal cysts. He is an expert in stapled hemorrhoidopexy and thyroidectomy.
