Dr. Pradeep Thomas Cherian, a Liver Transplant Surgeon based in Kolkata, India, boasts over 16 years of experience in the field. He is a respected member of the Registry Committee of the International Liver Laparoscopic Society.
Dr. Cherian completed his MBBS and went on to achieve the FRCS (MS Equivalent) before undergoing Higher Specialist Training in HPB and transplant surgery at Birmingham (UK), where he obtained his sub-speciality FRCS (M.Ch Equivalent). In 2008, he received his Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training [CCT] in London. Throughout his career, Dr. Cherian has held prestigious positions such as Course Director for Liver Surgery in Practice and Senior Advisor for liver transplantations in Telangana state since 2014. He has successfully performed groundbreaking liver transplants at various government hospitals and is known for his innovative pediatric liver transplant procedures.
