Brief About Dr. Prashant Agrawal
Dr. Prashant Agrawal is a highly experienced Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon with over 28 years of expertise in the field. He is a respected member of various prestigious organizations such as the Indian Orthopaedic Association (IOA), Bombay Orthopaedic Society (BOS), Maharashtra Orthopaedic Association (MOA), American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeon (AAOS), Asian Association for Dynamic Osteosynthesis (AADO), Hong Kong, Asia Pacific Orthopaedic Association Malaysia (APOA), World Orthopaedic Concern Singapore (WOC), and Association of Consultants of India Mumbai (AMC). Dr. Agrawal completed his MBBS from Government Medical College and Hospital, Nagpur in 1988, followed by MS (Orthopaedics) from Nagpur University in 1992 and DNB (Orthopaedics) from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi in 1993, specializing in Orthopaedics.
He has been recognized as a Spinal Fellow at Hospital for Speciality Surgery in New York, USA, and has also received the AADO Fellowship, Edinburgh Int’l Trauma Symposium in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2002, as well as the Yamamuro Ogihara Scholarship and Japanese Paediatric Orthopaedic Association Fellowship in Tokyo, Japan. Dr. Agrawal has presented and published numerous national and international works on paediatric orthopaedics. His areas of specialization include General Orthopaedics, Complex Trauma, Joint Replacement surgery, Revision joint replacement surgery, and various Hip surgeries, with a particular interest in pelvic, acetabular, and traumatic reconstruction procedures.
