Dr. Prashant Patil is a highly experienced Pediatric Endocrinologist based in Mumbai, India. With over three decades of expertise in the field, he is a Consultant at Apollo Hospitals. Dr. Patil is a distinguished member of several prestigious organizations including the European Society of Pediatric Endocrinology (ESPE), International Society of Pediatric & Adolescent Diabetes (ISPAD), Asia Pacific Pediatric Endocrine Society (APPES), Indian Society of Pediatric and Adolescent Endocrinology (ISPAE), and Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP).
He completed his ESPE clinical Fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology & Diabetes at Alder Hey Children Hospital in Liverpool, United Kingdom. Dr. Patil’s areas of special interest include Type 1 diabetes mellitus, obesity, metabolic syndrome, and growth disorders in children.
