Brief About Dr. Preeti Galvankar
Dr. Preeti Galvankar is a distinguished Gynecologist & Obstetrician with an extensive experience of 43 years. She specializes in endoscopic surgeries such as hysterectomy, myomectomy, complicated pregnancies, infertility, and various gynecological issues.
Dr. Galvankar has been recognized for her outstanding work, receiving the Dr. Herculano D’sa Prize for her dissertation on dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding in 1979, as well as the Dr. DN Patel Prize -1ST at FCPS examination in 1977. She obtained her MBBS from King Edward Memorial Hospital and Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College in 1973, followed by an MD in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 1977. Additionally, she completed her DGO from the College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1975.
Dr. Galvankar is an active member of various prestigious medical societies including MOGS, Federation of Obstetric and Gynecological Societies of India, Indian Menopausal Society, and Indian Association of Gynecologic Endoscopists. Her special interests lie in Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Complicated pregnancies, Infertility, and Gynecological issues.
