Brief About Dr. Prithika Chary
Dr. Prithika Chary is a highly respected and experienced Neurosurgeon based in Chennai, India. With an impressive 45 years of experience in the field, she has established herself as a leading expert in the treatment of brain-related disorders. Dr. Chary holds the distinction of being the first and only lady in India to be qualified and practice as both a Neurophysician and a Neurosurgeon.

Dr. Chary also holds an MNAMS in Neurology, conferred by the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, and an MCh in Neurosurgery from Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai.
One of Dr. Chary’s notable achievements is her pioneering work in epilepsy surgery. Since 1998, she has successfully treated over 100 patients using this innovative approach. Her dedication to advancing the field of neurology is evident through her active membership in prestigious organizations such as the Neurological Society of India, the Indian Academy of Neurology, the Indian Epilepsy Society, the Indian Epilepsy Association, and the Diabetic Association of India.
