Dr. (Prof.) Bhabatosh Biswas is a highly skilled and renowned physician with an impressive 44 years of experience in the field of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery. He specializes in various areas including General Thoracic Surgery, Lung Cancer Surgery, Tracheo Bronchial Reconstructive Surgery, and Tropical Thoracic Surgery. Additionally, he is proficient in VATS, Thoracic Endoscopy, Adult Cardiac Surgery, Pediatric Cardiac Surgery, Vascular Surgery, and Cardio-Thoracic Trauma.
Dr. Biswas has been recognized for his exceptional contributions and has received numerous awards, including the prestigious Sir Nil Ratan Sircar Gold Medal. He has also published extensively in reputable medical journals such as the Indian Journal of Thoracic and Vascular Surgery, Indian Heart Journal, Journal of Indian Medical Association, and the Calcutta Medical Journal.
