Dr. Balkrishna obtained his MBBS degree in 1990, followed by a Diploma in Gynaecology & Obstetrics in 1992, and MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 1994 from Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government Medical College & Sasson General Hospital, Pune.
