Dr. Ravi Gupta, a highly esteemed Orthopedist with over 30 years of experience, specializes in Sports Medicine, hand and upper limb & pelvic-acetabular surgeries. He completed his MBBS and went on to pursue MS in Orthopedics followed by DNB. Dr. Gupta has been honored with prestigious fellowships from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, American College of Surgeons, International Medical Science Academy, and National Academy of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
With an impressive portfolio, he has contributed to over 180 national and international publications, authored 4 books and 6 book chapters, and delivered 385 lectures. Additionally, he has supervised more than 20 theses of PG students and has been involved in 5 extramural funded research projects.
Dr. Gupta has served as a treating surgeon for renowned international cricket players from India, Pakistan, and England, as well as celebrities from Bollywood. His exceptional contributions have earned him 13 national and international awards, including three Best Researcher Awards. Furthermore, he holds memberships and chairmanships in 25 other National Committees and has served as the editor-in-chief of JAJS, along with being a part of several editorial boards.
Dr. Ravi Gupta is actively involved in various national academic and administrative committees and currently serves as the Chairman of the Ethics Committee of GMC Mewat. He has also held the position of Ex-President of the Indian Society for Surgery of Hand and Punjab Orthopedics Association. Dr. Gupta’s special interests lie in Hand and Upper Limb & Pelvic-acetabular Surgeries as well as Sports Medicine.
