Brief About Dr. S P Chaudhary
Dr. S P Chaudhary is an experienced Ophthalmologist with over 21 years of expertise in clinically and surgically treating eye conditions. He specializes in vitreoretina and uvetis. Dr. Chaudhary is affiliated with prestigious medical organizations such as the Delhi Medical Council, Delhi Medical Association (DMA), Delhi Ophthalmological Society (DOS), All India Ophthalmological Society, and the Vitreo Retina Society of India (VRSI). He obtained his MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi in 2000, and completed his MS from Guru Nanak Eye Centre (MAMC), New Delhi. He further pursued fellowships in phacoemulsification and Vitreo-Retinal diseases & surgeries from Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai. Dr. Chaudhary has extensive experience in performing various diagnostic and surgical vitreo-retinal procedures, including microincision sutureless vitrectomy, retinal detachment surgery, and managing conditions like ARMD, diabetic retinopathy, retinopathy of prematurity, uveitis, and endophthalmitis. He actively participates in global clinical trials and research projects on retinal diseases, and has trained numerous fellow ophthalmologists in retinal & uveal diseases. Dr. Chaudhary has also organized several CMEs on retinal diseases and contributed research articles to renowned national and international journals. His special interests include LASIK Eye Surgery, ophthalmologic examinations, vitreoretinal surgery, age-related macular degeneration treatment, fundus fluorescein angiography, retinal detachment surgery, optical coherence tomography (OCT), and diabetic retinopathy screening/treatment.
