Brief About Dr. S Sham
Dr. S Sham is a highly experienced Rheumatologist based in Chennai, India, with over 16 years of expertise in treating rheumatism, arthritis, and various disorders of the ligaments, joints, and muscles. He is affiliated with prestigious medical societies such as the Indian Rheumatology Association, the Associations of Physicians of India, the Indian Medical Association (IMA), and the Tamil Nadu Medical Council.
Dr. Sham completed his MBBS from PSG Institute of Medical Science & Research in 2005, followed by MD from Kasturba Medical College in 2009 and DM from Madras Medical College, Chennai in 2014. He furthered his studies with the Indo-UK Fellowship at Queen’s Medical Centre, UK, and obtained a European Certificate of Rheumatology.
Dr. Sham specializes in treating conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthropathy, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, gout, systemic lupus erythematosus, antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, scleroderma, morphea, Sjogren’s syndrome, and mixed connective tissue disorder, among others.
