Dr. Samy Zakout is a Consultant Rheumatologist at Medcare Hospital, Sharjah, with extensive experience in managing complex autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions. He completed his MB BCh from Tripoli and began his medical career in Gaza before continuing advanced training and clinical practice in the UK.

Dr. Zakout holds an MD from the University of Bristol and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (UK). He also holds a specialty certificate in Rheumatology and is on the UK’s specialist register for Rheumatology. His UK experience includes key roles at St. Mary’s Hospital, University Hospitals Bristol, and Weston Area Health NHS Trust, where he also served as an honorary senior lecturer.
