Brief About Dr. Sandip Bhurke
Dr. Sandip Bhurke is a highly experienced Nephrologist based in Mumbai, India, with over two decades of expertise in the field. He holds professional memberships with prestigious organizations such as the International Society of Nephrology (ISN), Indian Society of Nephrology (ISN), Mumbai Nephrology Group, and Zonal Transplant Coordination Committee.
Dr. Bhurke completed his MBBS from Topiwala National Medical College & BYL Nair Charitable Hospital in 1996, followed by an MD in General Medicine from King Edward Memorial Hospital and Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College in 2002. He further pursued a DNB in Nephrology from Topiwala National Medical College & BYL Nair Charitable Hospital in 2008. With a notable Distinction in Microbiology during his MBBS, Dr. Bhurke has a rich background in academia, having served as a Teaching Faculty member at Nair Hospital Mumbai Central and retired as an Associate Professor of Nephrology. His areas of expertise include Kidney Biopsy, Immune Fluorescence, Electron Microscopy, and Kidney Stone Treatment.
