Brief About Dr. Sukanto Kishore Das
Dr. Sukanto Kishore Das, a distinguished Nephrologist from Bhubaneswar, India, has over a decade of experience as a Consultant at AMRI Hospitals. Dr. Das is a highly respected Kidney Transplant Surgeon, holding memberships in the Indian Society of Nephrology and the Peritoneal Dialysis Society of India (PDSI).
He obtained his DM in Nephrology from SGPGI, Lucknow, and his MD in internal medicine from KGMU, Lucknow. Dr. Das is well-known for his expertise in renal transplants, haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, critical care nephrology, intervention nephrology, vascular access, and renal biopsies.
He played a key role in establishing the Dialysis and Transplant program at AMRI Hospitals and expanding the kidney transplantation program in the state. Dr. Das actively participates in camps, awareness programs, and provides extensive training in managing and caring for renal transplant patients. He has presented posters and papers at various conferences and published scientific papers in reputable journals. Dr. Das’s special interests include Hemodialysis, CAPD, Critical Care Nephrology, and Kidney Biopsy.
