Brief About Dr. Tejas Thakkar
Dr. Tejas Thakkar is a highly experienced Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon based in Gandhinagar, India. With over 32 years of expertise, he specializes in various orthopedic surgeries including joint replacement, deformities, traumatic spinal cord injury, and other injuries and trauma to joints, bones, and fractures. Dr. Thakkar is a respected member of the Indian Orthopaedic Association, the Gujarat Orthopaedic Association, and the Ahmedabad Orthopaedic Society. He has also obtained Fellowships from the Orthopaedic Research and Education Foundation, Association for Osteosynthesis/Association for the Study of Internal Fixation, and the AO Spine Fellowship. Dr. Thakkar completed his graduation and MS (Ortho) degree from Saurashtra University. His clinical interests encompass spinal degeneration, deformity, tumor, and fracture, with a particular focus on cervical compression, deformity, and minimal access surgery.
