Dr. Tunç Öktenoğlu is a highly regarded neurosurgeon with over 23 years of experience. He is currently a professor at the American Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey. Dr. Öktenoğlu specializes in spine surgery, neuro-oncology, and neurotrauma.
