Brief About Dr. Vasanthie Balakrishnan
Dr. Vasanthie Balakrishnan is an accomplished Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon based in Penang, Malaysia. With over 12 years of experience, she has developed a special interest in paediatric orthopaedics.
Dr. Balakrishnan is a member of the Malaysian Medical Council and has made significant contributions to her field through various publications, journals, and articles. She obtained her MBBS degree from Bangalore University, Karnataka, India in 1997, followed by an MS degree from the National University of Malaysia in 2006.
In 2009, she completed a Fellowship in Paediatric Orthopaedics in Malaysia. Fluent in both English and Bahasa Melayu, Dr. Vasanthie Balakrishnan is dedicated to providing exceptional care to her patients, particularly in the field of paediatric orthopaedics.
