Dr. Balakrishnan is a member of the Malaysian Medical Council and has made significant contributions to her field through various publications, journals, and articles. She obtained her MBBS degree from Bangalore University, Karnataka, India in 1997, followed by an MS degree from the National University of Malaysia in 2006.
