Brief About Dr. Vinod V. Rajan
Dr. Vinod V. Rajan, a distinguished Orthopedic and Spine Surgeon based in Calicut, India, boasts over 16 years of experience in the field. His expertise lies in correcting spine deformities, performing complex spine surgeries, and utilizing minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Rajan obtained his MBBS from Thrissur Medical College in 2000, followed by MS Ortho and D. Ortho from Government Medical College, Calicut in 2004.
He furthered his education by completing a DNB in Orthopedics in 2005, a Fellowship in Spine Surgery from Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore in 2009, and an AO Spine Fellowship from Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham in 2014. In 2015, he pursued a visiting fellowship in Spine Surgery at Cleveland Hospital, Florida. Notably, Dr. Rajan holds the distinction of being the first spine surgeon to have successfully performed over 1,000 spine surgeries ranging from the skull base to the tail bone.
